Using the Lashforever Canada customized training methods, our students are equipped with the latest techniques as well as tips and tricks to give them the confidence to succeed in their beauty business.

Looking for quality training? With our 3 days of  training and an additional co-op training day, students will gain extensive knowledge, experience and confidence in their microblading techniques. Our course study and overview guides student step by step in understanding the foundations in customizing and microblading the ideal brow for their clients.

For the first 2 days of this course students are taught extensive microblading and color theory and will practice stroke patters on fake skin. On day 3 students will work on 2 live models under educator supervision and a co-op day is scheduled monthly for students to work on up to 2 more models under the guidance of an educator. Student models that are completed at the co-op class will be graded by the educator and count towards the 6 approved models required for certification.

Upon completion of our microblading course, students will be confident in brow design, brow mapping, blade size and shapes, microblading pigment, color theory, hair stroke patterns, safety & sanitation, client aftercare and much more.

MODEL REQUIREMENTS

WINNIPEG CLASSES

It is the sole responsibility of the registered student to find 2 required models to complete the course. If you are unable to find a model we will need one week in advance to arrange your models. Students located in Winnipeg that require The iBrow Academy to provide models will be subject to a $50.00 + tax per model fee. If you are located outside of Winnipeg and you are attending class at our Winnipeg facility, The iBrow Academy will provide you with models if you are unable to find them. If a model does not show up due to unforseen circumstances, it is the students responsibility to complete the models required in class at a later time outside of class, in addition to the 6 models required to complete their training.

TOUR CLASSES

It is the sole responsibility of the registered Tour student to find 2 required models to complete the course. The iBrow Academy does not provide models for Tour Classes. If a model does not show up due to unforseen circumstances, it is the students responsibility to complete the models required in class at a later time outside of class, in addition to the 6 models required to complete their training.

Please Note: Please advise your models that they will be required in class for an estimated 2-2.5 hours in order for the full application to be completed by a student. For Winnipeg classes, if a model that The iBrow Academy arranged does not show up due to unforeseen circumstances we will provide an alternative option to complete your certificate requirement and refund your model fee.

CERTIFICATION

Students will receive their HDI Embroidery Brow Certificate once they have complete the required 6 models outside of class that are graded and approved. You may be required to complete additional models if necessary in order to have a total of 6 approved models.

Model submissions are to be sent to theibrowacademy@mymts.net and will be responded to within 3-5 business days. Please note weekends are not considered business days.

When submitting your model, we request students to send one model submission at a time, numbering each model in the subject line of the email. Ensure that you include the pigments and the blade # used in the body of the email.

MICROBLADING FAQ’S

Can I offer Microblading from my home?
To legally operate any business you must first understand the zoning requirements of your city/town.  In the case of Microblading, additional requirements through your city/town health department may also apply.
Are there requirements for working out of a spa or salon?
Your local city/town may require additional permits or approval for the facility itself in order to service clients.  In Manitoba, the facility requires a Personal Service Facility Permit in order to service clients.  Information on the Personal Service Facility requirements can be found at //www.gov.mb.ca/health/publichealth/environmentalhealth/protection/personal.html.
Where do I buy my supplies?
The iBrow Academy is the only authorized training and distribution centre for Lashforever Canada.  We will supply you with all the products you will need for your Microblading business.
Is on-going support available?
Yes, our educators will respond to your inquiry within 3-5 business days.
